Press Release Writer with Automated Timer - Have you ever had to wake up at 3:00AM PST because there is an important press release crossing the wire at 6:00AM EST? I have and it's not that fun, we have built a press release control panel that allows you to set the time the release should go live. You can set any date and time for the release to publish to the site and you don't need to be anywhere near a computer and it's done for you.

Staging, Review, Approval - The CMS has customizable workflows. Content reviews can be set up for specific peers, then emailing the pages for review. Then promoting to an approval review to be finalized before release. All of this is tightly integrated and  easily customizable for each site so that you can streamline workflow's for your companies individual needs.

Built-in Search Engine - As you build your site within Fuzion CMS™ the search engine feature starts to work the second you put your content into the system and includes support for multilingual content. All the website content is stored in the database which allows for easy text searches.

Page Properties - A pages has many properties that can be set. The page title is entered here. The language type for  sites with multiple languages. A page can be categorized to aid in advanced search functionality. User access can be set on a page by page basis to prohibit specific user groups. Each CMS page can have it's own unique meta data. Customized page types can be set such as members only which would redirect a user to the login screen to access a members area.

Rich text editing - With a word  processor type interface you can ditch the learning curve, and there is no web coding necessary. However if you want the option for entering HTML directly it's there. The editor also allows you to upload images from your computer into the Image Gallery to use in your content. The editor also has a document management system as a one stop document repository where contributors can organize and upload.

Events Control - This is a tool to help keep upcoming events organized on the site. Here you can add, update, and delete events.

Navigation Editor - Want to keep your navigation's look and feel consistent, no problem, the navigation editor allows you to have as many different types of items you want. Rollovers, CSS Highlighting, Headers, Links, Bullets, Includes, HTML, etc. All of these items can be custom added to match the sites look and defined within the navigation editor. The bonus is you can clone any navigation you build across as many pages as you want so you only have to update links in one place. Or you can choose to copy an existing navigation you have built and add on page specific items. The possibilities are limitless! 

Multiple Layout Templates per site or page -  You can choose multiple different layouts for your site, the home page may be two columns with a header and a footer and the interior pages may have three columns with a header and a footer. There over 90 different layouts to choose from.

User Administration - Not all users should access all areas of the site. Groups can be created with privileges and roles. For Example you might want the HR department to only have editing capabilities on a particular set of pages. Maybe a group of internal engineers are in charge of only Document Management. This tool is very powerful with it's ability to assign groups, roles, rights, and security nodes to specific areas of the CMS. 

Versioning, Rollback, History, Edit Live -  Version control allows content editors to rollback to a previous version. If changes made were wrong or keep a history of changes made. The edit live feature can allow editors the ability to bypass all workflow's and just make simple edits to the page without making a draft and going through long review and approval processes. A page can be hidden, demoted, or promoted through the change status function. Or a new draft can be created to stage changes for review and publishing to the site.

Integrated Help System - There is also a dynamic help system that comes with the CMS for Users and Developers both. The help system provides insight to the different functions within the CMS. The help is also completely editable.

International Language Support - The system supports any language and can render a site in multiple languages from the same database.

Includes Administration - Our CMS provides a way for you to pull an include file into any page you build for those complex things that just can't be done in the editor or by filling out a simple form. Just select the CMS page and the include to attach and the page is built.
